Udana Vayu, found in the throat and head, governs communication, speech, and cognitive abilities. It helps in self-expression and spiritual growth. Vyana Vayu flows throughout the body, ensuring proper circulation of blood, oxygen, and nutrients. It supports muscle coordination, movement, and nervous system function.

When these types of air in our body according to yoga are harmonized, they create balance in energy flow, leading to better health and vitality. Yoga practices such as pranayama, meditation, and asanas help regulate these vayus. Breathing techniques like Bhastrika boost Prana Vayu, while grounding poses like Malasana support Apana Vayu. Digestive-focused yoga enhances Samana Vayu, whereas chanting and neck exercises strengthen Udana Vayu. Flow-based movements and dynamic exercises improve Vyana Vayu.
